Preserve Vision Florida provides free vision screenings for adults who are patients enrolled in the Pinellas County Health Program (PLEASE BRING THE BLUE CARD) and low-income, uninsured adults who qualify.

Assistance is provided for glasses and exams to those who qualify.

Preserve Vision Florida also will be providing free vision screening for children. To those referrals who qualify, assistance will be provided for glasses and exams.

This service is for blue card holders only. For anyone else (non blue card holders): As a courtesy, we will screen your vision, but we are not allowed to give you a certificate for a follow-up exam or glasses. If you don’t have a blue card, you can apply for one, but we are not allowed to help with follow up exam/glasses.
